A: The driver can refuse to pick up the container and/or additional charges will apply. Q: If the weight exceeds the allowable weight limit will I be charged extra? A: Yes. You will be charged a per ton fee for containers that are over the stated allowable weight limits. Q: Is there a cost for keeping a container longer than agreed? A: Yes. There is a "per day" rental charge, and may very based on the geographic region. It is against the law to put hazardous or toxic waste in a container.
