FAQ's

    Q:  What size dumpsters are available?
    A:  containers range from 10, 15, 18, 20, 30, and 40 cubic yards.  Some of the sizes are in
    limited in availability.

    Q:  When Do I Pay?
    A:  Payment is made when ordering a container.  Additional charges occur if the user extends
    the pick up date, the weight of the material in the container exceeds the stated weight limit or
    items that are either prohibited or carry additional fee are included.

    Q:  I am a homeowner.  Can I rent a container?
    A:  Yes.  Waste Knot supplies containers to commercial businesses and private residents.

    Q:  Can I set up an account with Waste Knot for multiple sites and multiple containers?
    A:  Yes.

    Q:  How far can I fill up the container?
    A:  It depends on what is being disposed, but as a general rule, the container may be filled level
    with the top of the container.

    Q:  What happens if I overload the container?
    A:  The driver can refuse to pick up the container and/or additional charges will apply.

    Q:  If the weight exceeds the allowable weight limit will I be charged extra?
    A:  Yes.  You will be charged a per ton fee for containers that are over the stated allowable
    weight limits.

    Q:  Is there a cost for keeping a container longer than agreed?
    A:  Yes.  There is a "per day" rental charge, and may very based on the geographic region.

    It is against the law to put hazardous or toxic waste in a container.  Any toxic or
    hazardous waste remains the responsibility of the customer.
